Job Summary
Maximize customer success by offering financial services tailored to individual needs and assessing risk on loan, pawn, and check-cashing transactions. Complete daily call campaigns to build new business and nurture relationships, while overseeing account management and recovery processes to prevent losses. Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system, provide coaching to staff, and conduct store audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Manage office security protocols, including vault and cash drawer procedures, while maintaining store appearance and addressing facility needs. Perform external tasks such as vehicle appraisals and community event hosting, all within a full-time 40-hour schedule requiring bilingual English/Spanish skills and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Background check required
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
