Assist Store Manager by supporting customer-facing financial services and store operations; drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management; provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives; participate in on-site store activities, marketing events, and compliance tasks; manage cash handling and POS data with accuracy; opportunity for career growth and cross-brand advancement within the company.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
