Assistant Store Manager

Assist Store Manager with hiring, training and development of store team members; support day-to-day store operations, open/close procedures in the absence of the Store Manager; protect assets including store cash; maintain a professional environment; supervise hourly Team Members in the Store Manager's absence; process corporate directives; manage receipt and return of merchandise; plan and implement directives from the Store Operations Weekly Bulletin; meet productivity standards; assist with merchandising needs, stockroom organization, and ensuring the sales floor is sales-effective; work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; require effective communication and physical ability to lift up to 50lbs; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and retirement plans.
