Job Summary
Lead front-line associates at a single retail location to deliver world-class customer service; manage operations including assigning work orders, routing mobile jobs, training, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, store appearance, and compliance with applicable laws (OSHA and other regulations). Motivate and train staff, monitor productivity and quality standards, ensure timely loading and transit of vehicles, and handle customer complaints/warranty issues. Requires high school diploma or GED (or 3-5 years of leadership experience), valid driver’s license, 1+ year supervisory experience, and 3-5 years in retail/service environments (automotive experience preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment, ability to work outdoors in various weather, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Willingness to participate in tuition reimbursement benefits and other company programs. This role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and operational stability at the assigned store location.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
