Job Summary
Lead front-line associates at an individual retail location, ensuring customer service, cash management, inventory control, and loss prevention. Manage work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs while training staff on installation techniques, vehicle maintenance, and internal technology platforms. Monitor productivity, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards. Provide associate cross-training for operational stability and respond quickly to customer complaints or warranty issues. Maintain a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment while working outside in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
- Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods, working at elevated heights, remaining on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
