Job Summary
Motivate and lead front-line associates to ensure high productivity and world-class customer service, including responding quickly to complaints and processing warranty issues. Manage work order assignments, route mobile jobs, and oversee installation techniques, vehicle maintenance, and internal technology platforms. Monitor productivity, inventory, and cleanliness to uphold quality standards while ensuring compliance with OSHA and federal regulations. Provide associate cross-training for operational stability and maintain store appearance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and 1+ year of supervisory experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience, preferred
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments
- automotive experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
- Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
- lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods
