Job Summary
Lead front-line associates at individual retail locations, ensuring high productivity and world-class customer service while managing cash, inventory, and loss prevention. Motivate staff through cross-training and installation technique instruction, then monitor productivity, cleanliness, and vehicle loading to meet quality standards. Process casualty losses and warranty issues, manage mobile job routing, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance. Maintain a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment while working outdoors in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience, preferred
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments
- automotive experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
- Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
- Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods
- working at elevated heights
- remaining on your feet for extended periods
