Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager leads operations for a single Lexington, KY retail location, directing front line associates to deliver world-class customer service, manage work orders and routing of mobile jobs, train staff on installation techniques and procedures, ensure inventory integrity, and uphold safety and compliance standards including OSHA requirements; role emphasizes productivity, cross-training, and maintaining a high-quality store environment. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
- Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
