Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at ALDI in Bateau Bay leads daily store operations, drives sales, and inspires the team to perform at their best. Responsibilities include developing future leaders through training and coaching, maintaining store standards of safety and cleanliness, managing stock and inventory, assisting with rostering, merchandising special buys, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
