Job Summary
Organize store operations, allocate personnel responsibilities, and maintain up-to-date product inventory sheets. Interview candidates, create retail associate schedules, and supervise staff to maximize performance. Prepare and control the store budget, monitor stock levels, and ensure purchases stay within limits. Handle customer complaints, inspect store areas, and resolve issues promptly. Plan promotional events, analyze sales reports, and forecast revenue while adhering to safety guidelines. Contribute to a positive work environment. Full-time role with open availability at 160 North Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong background in sales and customer service
