Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager needed to organize store operations, allocate responsibilities, and oversee a team of retail associates. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory and backstock, interviewing and hiring, scheduling, supervising staff, budgeting for efficiency, analyzing sales data and market trends, promoting in-store events, ensuring safety guidelines, and maintaining the store’s reputation through customer service. Requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, cash handling and inventory control abilities, and vendor-relations experience. Education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Location: Grapevine, TX. Schedule: Open availability.
