Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Burson in Moonah, Tasmania. Lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and motivate the team to perform at their best. Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers while delivering high levels of customer service with a focus on retention and development. Assist with inventory control, maintain store standards, ensure OH&S compliance, and support the Store Manager. Lead and support the team in a driven, diverse environment. Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector and the ability to engage with and motivate team members. Strong time management, attention to detail, sound administrative skills, and solid computer literacy. Requires a current full driver’s license.
