Job Summary
Assist Store Manager by taking a hands-on leadership role to support daily operations, drive sales, coach and develop a customer-focused team on the shop floor, manage inventory and stock deliveries, and assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. Demonstrates retail leadership, strong customer service, and ability to meet KPIs while fostering a safe, well-run store environment. Experience in retail leadership or assistant management, customer service excellence, coaching and motivating teams, and familiarity with inventory and store operations in a retail or automotive context are preferred.
