Job Summary
Handle automotive parts queries from trade, retail, and DIY customers while prioritizing customer retention and development. Assist with inventory control, maintain store standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and OH&S compliance. Lead and support your team, motivating members to perform at their best under the Store Manager's guidance. This Assistant Store Manager (2IC) role supports the Horsham branch, requiring current full driver's license, strong time management, and ideally experience in the automotive parts sector.
Required Qualifications
- Current full drivers license
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
- OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
