Job Summary
Join Banter by Piercing Pagoda as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and developing team members' skills through training. This role requires a dynamic leader to manage daily operations, enforce company policies, and participate in recruitment. Candidates should possess at least one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry, and demonstrate ability in operating POS systems and computer software. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer

- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
