Job Summary
Supervise retail associates in daily store operations, managing opening/closing procedures and maintaining store security and standards. Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the team while serving as Manager on Duty when needed. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training staff, and coordinate daily activities including receiving shipments, processing transfers, and monitoring inventory. Complete price and promotion changes, conduct product counts, and analyze sales reports to contribute to business reviews. Handle banking, cash handling, and deposits while enforcing company policies and representing the brand through superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a retail/apparel setting
- 1+ years in a supervisory role
