Job Summary
In this role, you will partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations in a retail store, manage and develop a team, and enhance customer experiences with AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, product launches, and exceeding sales objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, three or more years of sales experience, prior management experience, and familiarity with wireless terminology. Training and support are provided to ensure leadership success and team performance.
