Job Summary
Coordinate with the Head Coach to deliver a unique shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service while supervising a diverse team to foster a positive work atmosphere. Implement operational excellence tools to meet sales targets, optimize services, and enhance customer satisfaction through efficiency improvements. Oversee commercial, Athlete, and customer experience departments while supporting the Head Coach in executing Nike store strategies such as sustainability and digital services. Submit reports on store activities, local market trends, and consumer insights, ensuring the location adheres to all Nike standards and guidelines. Collaborate with other stores and headquarters to drive performance. This Assistant Head Coach role is based at the Nike Roma Outlet in Sant'Oreste, RM, with an annual base salary ranging from €36,800 to €55,200.
Required Qualifications
- passione per NIKE e/o per lo sport
- più di 4 anni di esperienza nel settore retail e/o in posizioni di leadership
- elevata competenza in lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
