Job Summary
Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors while delivering elevated client experiences through personalized styling and service. Drive sales performance via client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling, and maintain exceptional store presentation in line with visual standards. Support daily operations including rostering, stock flow, and customer experience, partnering with the Store Manager to deliver store initiatives. This permanent full-time role operates on a Sunday–Thursday roster for a passionate leader with proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store.
Required Qualifications
- Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster
- Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for customer experience and clienteling
- A natural eye for styling and love of luxury products
- Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
- Energy, positivity, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
