Job Summary
Assist Store Manager duties at Jiffy Lube in Allendale, MI, leading store teammates to meet operational objectives, financial performance, and guest service goals. Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction; may perform functions of Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as needed. Strong preference for prior vehicle maintenance experience; candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience can be trained.
