Job Summary
Manage the retail store by leading the team, overseeing visual merchandising, handling deliveries, and controlling stock levels. Coach staff to deliver seamless customer experiences and support the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales and managing controllable costs. Lead the store and team during the Store Manager's absence and support training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities. Provide timely feedback to encourage team development. Regular Sunday work is required.
