Assistant Store Manager

Oversee day-to-day store operations at the Yorkdale location, ensuring a luxurious atmosphere while monitoring sales performance and analyzing KPIs to drive results. Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks and support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimize performance. Implement proactive sales strategies based on data analysis and maintain excellent customer relationships through refined clienteling. This role includes training in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, with a focus on collaboration and feedback within the progressive luxury fashion brand.
