Job Summary

Assist the General Manager to drive sales and operations at a luxury retail location in Las Vegas. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, resolving customer issue trends, coaching staff on SOPs, monitoring inventory and loss prevention, reviewing profit and loss, analyzing top and slow sellers, implementing merchandising strategy, and performing store opening/closing procedures. Requires 1-3 years of store management experience and a BA/BS degree; experience with affluent or luxury brands is an asset; strong leadership and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
