Job Summary
Lead from the front alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, coach employees, support merchandising and inventory, and step in to run the store as needed. Responsibilities include leading on the floor, developing staff, maintaining daily operations, and ensuring a customer-first experience in a community-focused hardware store. Must have 3+ years of retail or hardware management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks.
