Assistant Store Manager

Lead and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service; manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service. Primary responsibilities include delegating, training, and monitoring progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store, with a focus on managing sales, expenses, profits, and assets.
