Job Summary
Assist in day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Train and develop store staff, supervise sales performance, delegate workload to meet merchandising and visual standards, perform merchandising updates, work with vendors on merchandising strategies and plan-o-grams, forecast scheduling needs and create work schedules, and prioritize customer service as The #1 Priority. Responsible for inventory integrity, training of staff, safety/compliance, and coaching of associates to improve service and store performance. Requires leadership experience in a retail or customer service setting and a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
