Job Summary
Monitor and manage all store areas and team members to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service. Assume full responsibility for store operations and operational tasks when the Store Manager is absent. Support the Store Manager with recruiting, staff planning, and performance measurement while driving the team to meet location targets. Implement customer-centric practices to build a loyal base and ensure all tools, procedures, and policies are executed correctly. Maintain awareness of competitors and local markets by sharing findings with the Area Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- Experience in networking & building relationships
