Job Summary
Assist Store Manager by supporting daily operations across multiple self-storage locations in the district; build and maintain strong customer relationships, maximize unit rentals and related sales (unit insurance, moving supplies), and ensure high cleanliness and safety standards at the site. Responsibilities include daily site safety inspections, handling customer billing and payments, completing daily bank deposits, addressing customer concerns, maintaining professional relationships with staff, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must be reliable, a good communicator, and comfortable working with customers; position involves travel between stores and daytime hours with potential Sundays off depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
