Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports Store Manager in leading store operations, developing and coaching team members, and upholding brand standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsible for driving KPIs and financial targets through brand stewardship, omnichannel execution (including in-store and digital channels), and effective planning. Completes hiring and development of associates, analyzes store trends to anticipate customer demands, ensures adherence to processes, schedules and safety procedures, and acts as the primary point of contact when the Store Manager is not present. Emphasizes customer focus, team development, communication, and operational excellence to achieve store objectives and maintain an engaging, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
