Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations at one or more self-storage locations under guidance from the District and Store Manager. Responsible for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, driving sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, maintaining cleanliness, performing daily site safety inspections, handling billing and payments, and upholding professional relationships with employees. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Current valid driver’s license or access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn)
