Job Summary
Assist Store Manager and support daily operations of self-storage locations by building customer relationships, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts. Drive sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while maintaining high cleanliness standards and safe site operations. Conduct daily site safety inspections, handle cash transactions and bank deposits, resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage, and maintain professional relationships with staff. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle, and a High School diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
