Job Summary
Drive store sales and operations by executing daily management tasks, including styling customers, recruiting talent, and coaching the team. Ensure all company policies, visual merchandising directives, and loss prevention procedures are enforced while managing payroll, scheduling, and inventory audits. Represent the brand in all interactions, build client relationships through outreach, and maintain store standards in the absence of the Store Manager. Work weekends and nights, travel occasionally, and handle physical demands involving lifting up to 50 pounds. Assist with financial audits and ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail
- at least 2+ years of management experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards
- High level of initiative/self-starter
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Climb ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Occasional travel, often with little advance notice may be required (including air and overnight travel)
