Job Summary
Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for loans, check cashing, and Net Spend. Answer telephone inquiries, perform outbound sales and collection calls, and handle currency, cash, and coins including managing cash drawers and deposits. Process transactions accurately per company policy, balance batch receipts with store sales reports, and resolve over/short discrepancies. Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office. Comply with federal and state regulations, complete compliance trainings, and validate customer information using active listening skills to diffuse complaints. Maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel to all assigned stores within the district, including potential overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling
- Own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Automobile Insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to neighboring districts
- Must work assigned shifts as scheduled
