Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting daily operations across one or more self-storage locations, maintaining high cleanliness standards, building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, executing a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities include maximizing unit rentals and moving-supply sales, conducting daily site safety inspections, handling billing and delinquent payments, processing cash transactions and deposits, and upholding professional relationships with employees. Bilingual Spanish preferred; day shift with potential Sundays off depending on location. Achieve operational excellence through strong communication, customer service, and store-maintenance tasks, while adhering to company culture and values.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
