Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence, educating customers on the product portfolio, handling cash and transactions (including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend), complying with federal/state regulations, and performing outbound sales and customer follow-up. Must manage a cash drawer, count currency, balance receipts, process verifications, and support store operations while traveling within the district as needed. Requires strong communication, active listening, multitasking in an autonomous environment, and adherence to company values; driving/transportation is required for district travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
