Assistant Store Manager 6115

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts through in-person and phone interactions. Maximize sales objectives via unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring high cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, office, and storage building. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work across multiple stores in the district during day shifts only, with the office closing at 6pm; Sundays are closed at this location. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
