Job Summary
Plan, implement, and monitor measures to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Apply visual merchandising standards to optimize sales space and maximize profitability. Recruit, train, and integrate new employees into the team. Act as a role model to promote effective communication within the sales team. Maintain strong product knowledge and fashion awareness to support daily operations. This role supports the store manager in a dynamic fashion retail environment. Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and possess at least one year of relevant experience in managing or visual merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
- Relevant experience in managing and visual merchandiser in a dynamic shop within the fashion retail industry (At least 1 year)
- Customer and image-oriented
- Having product awareness and commercial orientation
- Excellent command of English - written and spoken
- Motivation and passion for managing people by example
- Sales oriented person organized and tenacious
- Problem solver
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change
