Job Summary
Plan, implement, and monitor measures to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Apply visual merchandising standards to optimize sales space and collaborate on brand implementation. Recruit, train, and integrate new employees while acting as a role model to promote effective communication within the sales team. Maintain daily operational tasks in a positive environment under the support of the store manager. This role requires at least one year of experience in managing or visual merchandising within fashion retail, along with a strong command of English. The position is part-time (35 hours) in our Flagship store in Anvers Meir, Belgium, offering international growth opportunities within a global fashion brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in Belgium
- Relevant experience in managing and visual merchandiser in a dynamic shop within the fashion retail industry (At least 1 year)
