Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Resolve customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage while handling cash transactions, processing payments, and completing daily bank deposits. Perform duties across multiple stores in the district, with bilingual Spanish preferred.
