Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager overseeing customer service, sales, cash handling, and regulatory compliance at Check N Go / Allied Cash Advance / Cash Store within the CNG Holdings family. Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, resolving issues, handling cash and deposits, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations, coordinating with district leadership, performing required trainings, and contributing to a positive, compliant store environment. requires strong communication, active listening, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting with periodic travel within the district.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
- Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with policy; valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance
