Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations across multiple self-storage locations, maintains high cleanliness standards, drives sales through unit rentals and upsell of moving supplies/insurance, performs safety inspections, handles customer billing and payments, and builds strong customer relationships. Requires customer-facing experience (1+ year), a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED; daytime hours with potential Sundays off depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED
