Job Summary
Assist in daily operations at a self-storage facility, build and maintain customer relationships, and drive sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure high cleanliness standards through ongoing site and office maintenance, perform daily safety inspections, address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage, handle cash transactions and daily bank deposits, and contribute to a positive company culture while supporting district/store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn)
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
