Assistant Store Manager - 2025

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and managing accounts to maximize unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, office, and storage building interiors and exteriors. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work day shifts only with office closures at 6pm, rotating between multiple stores in the district, with this location closed on Sundays. Starting pay is $18.00 - $19.50 hourly.
