Assistant Store Manager - 1299

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new associates while supporting engagement culture through recognition and communication. Maintain and update people works with current associate availability and job codes, then create and post approved schedules meeting accuracy requirements. Monitor and manage key store operational processes including FAST Forward, CPR, markdowns, STEP performance, and fitting room protocols. Oversee all aspects of the back office and breakroom by updating communication boards, organizing filing, ensuring cleanliness, and managing supply ordering.
