Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks, address billing and security concerns, and handle cash transactions and daily bank deposits. Work day shifts with office hours closing at 6pm, rotating between multiple stores in the district, with Sunday closures dependent on location. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
