Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous site maintenance. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. This Assistant Store Manager role supports daily operations at self-storage locations under the guidance of District and Store Managers. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and the position requires a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
