Job Summary
Supervise store operations and support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing teams to maximize sales and maintain brand standards. Manage inventory, payroll scheduling, and ensure strict adherence to safety, loss prevention, and compliance protocols. Lead daily activities including omni-channel fulfillment, customer issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across all assigned stores. Requires 3+ years retail experience, 1+ year management experience, and availability for rotating shifts and travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
