Job Summary
Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising leads and supports the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve store goals, guest service excellence, sales objectives, loss prevention, and superior merchandising presentation. Responsibilities include driving guest engagement through relationship building and product knowledge, maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment, elevating visual design, leading floor sets and window installations, managing replenishment and mannequin placement, coordinating with the Visual District Leader on roll-outs, and coaching associates to meet financial and performance standards. The role emphasizes leadership in people development, in-store execution, and upholding brand aesthetics while ensuring effective communication with the executive team.
