Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Leader by directing activities for guest service, sales objectives, and merchandising presentation while managing conflict and coaching associates. Plan and execute floor sets, window installations, and seasonal décor placement to maintain brand aesthetics and product performance. Co-manage product replenishment, mannequin design, and store atmosphere including scent and music, while completing opening/closing procedures and loss prevention protocols. Utilize weekly reporting to track business results and communicate strategies with the Visual District Leader. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly. Required Qualifications
- 1 year Retail Management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
