Job Summary
Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Lead clienteling and omni-channel selling, drive live streaming shopping and loyalty programs, empower the team to deliver personalized service, manage data capture for marketing, recruit and develop diverse talent, set and coach to KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR), oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, payroll, inventory accuracy, and compliance while maintaining Kate Spade’s brand standards and a positive, inclusive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion/lifestyle or comparable environment)
- Strong leadership communication
- organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experienced with retail systems
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly
- Strong English language proficiency
